KPR Report IT! is a confidential online report tool that is available to any member of the Board community to report an issue of concern that they would like addressed.

Personal information submitted in reports is collected pursuant to the Education Act, as amended, and will be used strictly for the purpose of investigating reported incidents and achieving a resolution for concerns raised. If you have questions, please contact the Principal or Superintendent of your school.

Note: KPR Report IT! is a reporting tool which is used for non-emergency reporting and therefore is not monitored 24 hours a day.

KPR Report IT! is a tool to report student behaviours such as, but not limited to:

  • bullying, drugs, cheating, vandalism, harassment, sexual misconduct, violence or any other inappropriate behaviour
  • incidents of discrimination or hate, including but not limited to anti-Indigenous racism, ableism, anti-Asian racism, anti-Black racism, antisemitism, classism, homophobia, Islamophobia, sexism, transphobia

If a student needs immediate counselling, you can contact Kids Help Phone (1-800-668-6868) or 1-855-310-COPE at any time. KPRDSB is committed to creating a caring, safe and inclusive environment for all students, families and staff members.

In case of an emergency, please contact 911. Any criminal activities may be reported to your local police service.

We strongly advise you to do so by accessing the "Incident and Health & Safety Reporting Portal" by launching it from the KPR on the Web.

Due to strict confidentiality governing the COHREA, we are unable to enter or forward incident reports to relevant parties on your behalf.
